⭐BRASS ⭐
Please note that brass can oxidize and/or leave a mark on the finger due to the acids/oils of the skin. This does not affect every wearer, but it is possible. If this occurs, simply clean the ring with the polishing cloth.
⭐SWEETHEARTS PORTRAIT ⭐
To maintain the vibrancy of the sweethearts portrait, avoid submerging in water, prolonged direct sunlight and contact with harsh chemicals like perfume or lotions.

Postage and Handling
Within Australia all parcels are sent with Australia post, International shipping on request.
All parcels are packed with care and protection, and these methods are very reliable, but once your parcel is sent I cannot take responsibility for missing or damaged items.

Jewellery Lead time: Once full payment is received, Your jewellery will be shipped within 10 working days, please keep in mind I am a one woman operation so although I do my absolute best to get your jewellery to you in this time frame, sometimes it could be delayed a day or two <3.

Parking: There are a couple of parks at the front of the building, aswell as a carpark strip directly across the road from the location.
Cancellation Policy: We kindly require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations received within 24 hours of your booking will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Amenities :Toilets are available on-site. There will also be a clothing rack available for your use.
Studio Use & Props: You're welcome to use the props as you like during your session, including opening and adjusting the bedding to suit your shoot. Please note that the liquid in the tea and champagne props is apple juice for styling purposes only
Booking Extensions & Overtime: Bookings are for the agreed hire period only and are scheduled to allow time between sessions. A 15-minute grace period is included for pack-down and departure. If your booking runs over this time, additional studio time will be charged in 30-minute increments, rounded up to the next half hour. Extensions may be requested during your session, subject to availability
